Facilities
Northern Maine Community College welcomes individuals, community groups and organizations to use its facilities for a variety of events. From private parties to conferences, business meetings, seminars and classes, NMCC has the venue you are looking for. Several options are available – the Edmunds Conference Center, the Peter Hunt Multi-Media Classroom, the Keegan Room, the gymnasium, regular classrooms and other meeting spaces. Room availability and meeting needs will determine room assignment.
Food & Beverage Service
Whether you choose a cocktail reception, light breakfast, buffet dinner or an all-day meeting package, your guests will enjoy a specially designed menu guaranteed to please. We offer custom catering along with a variety of menu choices, including our regular cafeteria line. Off-campus event catering (for delivery or pick-up) is also available and is popular with many local businesses and private groups. Aramark Dining is the sole provider of catering services for all events held on campus. All catering orders, whether on-campus or off-campus, require sufficient notice and a guaranteed number. Delivery orders may incur a higher per meal cost.
Audio Visual Services
NMCC offers the use of audio-visual equipment, subject to availability, for a nominal fee based on tech support required. Our resources include fixed and portable projectors and screens, laptops, PA system, and conference phone. Depending on your needs, we may ask that you meet with a member of our IT Department prior to your event.

All invoices are subject to a 10% Admin Fee and payment is due within 30 days of receipt.
